We all know that these majestic creatures live in the Upper Peninsula, but they are very elusive and prefer to stay deep in the woods. Making your own whimsical moose might be the answer to the endless searching for this beautiful animal. Join us in house or via Zoom.

| Skill Details: | Basic piecing skills are required. This pattern will require a sewing machine with a satin stitch. |
| Materials Included: | Any supplies/materials purchased from Alley Kat's Quilt Shop for the class will receive a 10% discount. |
| Requirements: | * Morley J. Moose III pattern * Fabric kit purchased from Alley Kat's Quilt Shop OR your own fabric * Cut all background pieces prior to coming to class. * Have a sewing machine that is is good working order. * Know how to use your sewing machine. Alley Kat's Policies: 1. No cancellations/refunds accepted within one week of class - except in extreme emergencies. 2. Please do NOT wear any perfume or scented body lotions to class. 3. Arrive 20 minutes prior to the beginning of class to set up your machine. |

| Instructor Bio: | Kathy Slack is a retired elementary teacher who has been quilting for at least 15 years. She has taught both children and adults how to sew and enjoys sharing her love of fabric. Now that she is retired, she is able to focus on her two loves: teaching and sewing. Kathy moved to Marquette in the spring of 2023 after living in Harbor Springs for 30 years. We are so lucky to have her! |
